Know Your Rights Workshop: Police Interactions

Know_Your_Rights!.png

Join APD Forward for an important Know Your Rights workshop. This is a free community event where we can learn about strategies for protecting ourselves when interacting with the police. Our training covers civilian-police interactions on the street, in your car and in your home.

You will walk away with practical advice for getting through a police encounter safely, how to protect your rights, and what to do if your constitutional rights are violated.

If you are in need of childcare during the workshop contact us at (505) 266-5915 ext. 1012 or msandoval@aclu-nm.org or amoran@aclu-nm.org. We hope to see you there!
